By purchasing any product from me, you are stating that you’ve read and agreed to all of the following conditions. I will continue to work under the assumption you have read and understood these terms of service.
Payment Information
I require your email for payment processing and receipt. I will not use your information or name beyond payment forms between you and I, I will not mention it to you unless there is an abstract issue with it without your expressed consent and permission.For your protection and mine, I require full payment before the beginning of a product.
I can work with payment installments when specifically discussed with each client, with a commission contract. This must be discussed before the initial invoice is sent.Payment currently only accepted through Cashapp

I only accept payment in USD, please convert your currency before payment.
If unable to pay via Cashapp due to location, I accept vouchers.Tips are appreciated but not necessary!
Refunds may be given if ;
I am unable to complete your commission for any given reason,I have not begun your commission since FULL payment was sent two months or more ago unless we have discussed prior of this,If a commissioner wishes for a refund, you will receive 100% refunded if no progress is made, you are able to receive up to 60% after the project is began depending on the progression of the commission.

Payment Confirmation
By sending payment to me, you understand a digital item/service cannot be shipped and shall be emailed. You also agree to give up any attempts of chargeback, as you are confirming your access and ownership of the payment account related with the email provided for payment processing and receipts.
You are confirming you are the owner of the account and money, containing complete permission and use of it fully.Any attempts of chargeback will be considered against these terms of service and therefore release rights of the product given to the consumer. Any product received from me will be immediately returned to my full ownership.

References and Information
A proper reference sheet is required for artistic commissions based on your character, unless this character is to be custom by me, this will require other information.A proper reference sheet is to show fully the design I am meant to replicate. This should be completely unshaded, flat colors, making it clear where intricate markings should appear. I will try my best to draw your character. Excess edits to match a character's design beyond what was shown on the reference sheet can tack on to the price.Please provide all the necessary reference materials for your piece when payment is provided. Visual or printed is fine, if printed is complex or difficult to work off of in any form I reserve the right to increase the price and will contact you about it.
Please do not lack any details when payment is sent.If the character is custom by me I will need all necessary details before starting if given colors, a species, personality traits, or any other character traits. These are not necessary if the character is 100% artistic liberty and up to me to decide.
Edits and Revisions
Work in progress will often be referred to as WIP, this will be a picture of your commission that you will be able to FULLY revise and point out any issues with. They will begin as sketches, to ensure you are happy from start to end with your product. If I send three progression pictures, for the first two you do not edit a feature, however in sketch three you would like that feature edited, this will result in a fee. Fee depends on the amount of changes, complexity and level of difficulty to do said edit. Any edits that were not my responsibility will cost a fee. I am not responsible for the lack of information given to me nor faults as a result of the lack of information provided to me from you.
Estimated completion time and Time frame
Commissions should be completed by 2 weeks up to 2 months, depending on the type of commission and details discussed personally with you it can easily be a longer wait time.Deadlines are accepted with a warning prior to payment. If it is not discussed prior, I reserve the right to decline deadlines if they are unable to be met, a deadline resulting in a rush will tack on to the price.

This work is/to be licensed under CC BY-NC-ND 4.0You must credit anywhere you repost my work, this includes but is not limited to profile pictures, pages, banners, videos, storage sites. You are not allowed to edit any work from me. You have the right to redesign with original credits always given for the original creations to me. This means you may create your own artistic piece without editing the original file created by me.If you purchased a character/design and wish to sell it, you are not authorized to change the worth of my work. For example, paying $50 will mean you are only allowed to sell it for $50. If profit (Commercial Use) is made you are breaking these terms of service and subsequently, copyright laws.My works cannot be used for (and is not limited to these specific terminology) NFTs, crypto-based platforms, AI training, AI usage.I reserve the rights to all works created by me along with the rights to promote and share my works. If the commissioner chooses to order a private piece, it must be discussed before payment. Fees apply for privacy needs due to the lack of ability to advertise, fee is based on complexity and type of commission.
